In Projects and Programmes, we’re a key enabler to the success of the business. Our work covers everything from delivering financial targets and shareholder value, to improving customer outcomes, regulatory change and integrating business acquisitions.
Our highly ambitious senior management team use structured change to drive the business towards its full potential. We work closely with them to deliver relevant infrastructure, strategic and investment changes. In short, we enable the company to remain competitive, attractive and profitable.
Our Projects and Programmes Teams
Our Business Analysts support all projects across our diverse project stack, engaging with the business areas to identify their needs, document, validate and identify appropriate solutions to business problems. The Business Analyst needs to be able to bring together knowledge of the business and its processes, in order to understand the impact of changes. To be a successful Business Analyst you must be able to build on existing and create new stakeholder relationships at all levels within the business.
Phoenix is a fast-paced business, so we’re involved in a huge variety of projects across different functions and of different scales. This diversity means you can deliver significant change across the group, while adding to your expertise. Whether you’re working on a digital customer system or integrating one of our acquisitions into the business, you’ll learn something new every time.
Programme Support Team
Our Project Support team work alongside the Project Managers in a distributed model, defining and maintaining our framework standards and supporting the Project Manager to successfully deliver the project. Our Analysts underpin project delivery, ensuring that projects are set up with appropriate governance and delivering efficiency through repeatable processes and templates.
