Our team provides high quality services to the Boards and Board Committees of Phoenix Group Holdings and its subsidiaries. We also ensure that statutory filings are made, records kept in line with legislation and that the business is compliant with stock exchange regulations and the UK Corporate Governance Code. And, when it comes to addressing corporate governance issues or managing the Group’s insurance arrangements, again, the business relies on us to deliver.
