Our Human Resources teams support every area of the Phoenix Group to ensure that our business and our people are continually progressing together. HR Business Partnering
We’re at the forefront of people planning to ensure the group has the resources it needs for a successful future. Working closely with the board and senior executives across the Phoenix business, we provide strategic HR advice and guidance that feeds directly into the group’s future business plans.
HR Consulting and Change
As a team of experienced HR professionals, we advise people across the business on all aspects of people policies. Our HR Business Partners work closely with senior managers and leaders to ensure our solutions meet business needs. While HR Consultants offer guidance on all our people policies and procedures. We’re also involved in a wide range of business projects, supporting mergers and acquisitions, TUPE and organisational change.
In this specialist operations support team, we provide technology support and HR management information for the business. We also manage the vital business relationship with our outsourced payroll service provider, Diligenta.
We’re the team that makes sure everyone’s aware of the Phoenix Group’s aims and strategy. This involves designing and delivering a variety of internal and external communications across several platforms, from Town Halls and senior management conferences, to social media and engagement forums. We work with managers across the business to help them shape and deliver the messages they want to get across to their people. Everything from communicating change or project updates to celebrating success.
