The continuously evolving nature of our business means that there are lots of different Administration and Business Support roles you can do here at Phoenix. You might be supporting the day-to-day operations of a department where you already have some experience or taking care of the all-important admin responsibilities of a specific team or project. You may even be providing PA support to a specific senior manager or member of the executive team.

We have lots of different opportunities in Administration across our offices and departments. You could be providing general administrative support to a department or specific support for a particular project. No matter what the role, it will be your organised approach, the ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail that will ensure that each task is delivered on time and on brief.

Supporting a specific member of the senior management or executive team, you’ll make sure that every minute of their time is optimised, allowing them to focus on the performance of the business. As well as looking after diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating management information, you’ll provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The perfect job for your extra special talent of delivering only the highest level of administrative service.

Alison Maskell, HR Co-ordinator.

What first attracted me to Phoenix Group was the job, because it gave me the chance to use my skills and knowledge as a Senior PA. I remember thinking when I came for my first interview that, if I didn’t get that job, I’d certainly be looking for other opportunities here.

As a single parent I appreciate the perfect balance between life and work that Phoenix gives me. I’ve never worked for a company that gives back so much. The grounds and environment are amazing. I can certainly see myself working here until I retire.
